Last updated: July 2026. By using SocialPulse ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
Access requires signing in with a Google account, and new accounts require approval before use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
The service
SocialPulse lets you retrieve publicly available Instagram post and profile metrics in bulk and export them. Some figures, such as approximate reach, are estimates, not official Instagram metrics. We do not guarantee that data is complete, accurate, or continuously available.
Acceptable use
You agree to use SocialPulse only for lawful purposes and only with publicly available data. You will not: attempt to access private or non-public data; use the service to harass, stalk, or harm anyone; resell or redistribute the service or bulk data in violation of applicable terms; attempt to bypass quotas, authentication, or security controls; or use the service in a way that violates Instagram's or any third party's terms or applicable law. You are responsible for how you use the data you obtain.
Usage limits
Accounts are subject to monthly request limits. Limits and availability may change over time.
Intellectual property
Instagram content and data belong to their respective owners. The SocialPulse application, branding, and interface belong to SocialPulse.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Estimated metrics are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as official figures.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or the data it provides.
Instagram / Meta
SocialPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
